Re: G-Major Owners Manual ... I\'m desperate!!!

I downloaded it and I am going to print it out at work tomorrow. Thanks for the offer though!! The effects on the G-Major are as good or bettert han any effects I have ever used in the highest end recording studios.
I also figured out how to make it change the channels on my Soldano along with changing patches at the same time.
Very cool. My next mission is figuring out how to create a solo boost switch that will work on any current channel I am on.

YOu know what the funny thing is? I know I had it set to user presets the last time I used it! Oh well. at least you are getting the hang of it. It's a great unit.

Good luck today!

I'm sure there is a way to do it somehow, I know I've set up the global output (or was it input, I know you can do either though) to be controlled via a footpedal on my floorboard, so it is acting as a glorified volume pedal. I suppose something like that could work if you set the normal global output level lower and then set up a CC pedal on your floorboard to toggle between that value and full on. But this is all guessing because mine isn't here.

I already said how I did it. But, there are probably other ways as well.

Well, my Soldano rig was a huge success with the band and the session. At first they thought it had way too much midrange. I love midrange. They dialed it back on the parametric and got it to sound like a super clear and articulate 5150. These guys are so familiar with parametric EQ's that they even knew what frequencies to adjust. It took them around a minute. My sound was killer all night. Everything worked flawlessly.
