Question about a effect and a chromatic tuner

What do you call a pedal that does like a Bottle Rocket sound. Not exactly a bottlerocket, but it feels like it launches when you use the sound. I have no idea how to explain it well.

Also what is a good Chromatic Pedal Tuner?

Boss TU2 is the industry standard for pedal tuners. As far as the other one goes, give an example and it might help. It might be some sort of pitch shifter.

You mean like a swooshing airplane-type sound? That would be a flanger.

I dunno, I wasn't much into the Bled. I'll ask my boys in Hopesfall, they toured with the Bled all summer.

flanger or phazer. both are similar - phazer sounds a little more like an airplane.
