I sold one of my old Peavey combos to a guy who uses it to run a Vader. His band tunes down to C as I recall, and having heard him prior to getting the Vader (using a Crate or Ampeg cab), the difference in sound was like night and day. The low end stayed really tight, no mud.
Other than that, not sure what the benefit would be. Not too many cabs out there that come stock with Eminence speakers I suppose.
