Cool set up and cool amp. Do you use a cab with it or are you just dummy loading to the weber mass and then recording direct?

just dummy loading it at the moment. i have a 1x12 cab aswell for those 'loud' moments :P

well, the jcm800 was my 2nd, and a 'good ole days' purchase. It just didnt let me get the tones i was after, so it had to go [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

ideal world i'd have kept both,.. but so far the Engl has been killer, i know exactly what you mean Fifth Horseman... this thing just rocks... makes you happy just chugging away at an e power chord!!!! :P

No problem man.That's a song of my old band.I wrote it and produced it.The sound could be better though.Guitar is just two track panned left and right of my fireball thru a 1960a loaded with 75w celestion.

theres 2... the normal (master vol A) stays clean until the gain is on about 6-7, then click on the 'Ultra Gain' mode (master vol b) and its everything you need for most metal styles... crank the gain higher for the brutal shit [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
