where to put a whammy pedal

hey guys. i just got a whammy pedal and was curious as to how everyone runs theirs. so far i have ran it into the front after my overdrive pedal. sounds ok to me. what other ways have you guys ran yours.

I used to run mine last in the signal path ... then delays, etc would whammy as well

A whammy pedal should be the closest pedal to your guitar in front of your amp. They sound like canned ass in the loop.

ok i'll do that. also does the boss ns-2 noise supressor the last pedal in the chian in front of you amp. i have it as my first going from my guitar but have heard about putting it last.

Your best bet is whammy-->overdrive-->noise supressor-->amp.

i run mine 3rd. it goes boss tu-2 tuner...wah...whammy...other pedals.

Put it in a box and send it to me.

Put the NS2 where it works best for you. I used to use it as the last thing before the amp, now I put it first, right after the guitar. I've also tried it in the effects loop with great results.
