Best clean boost pedals?

Looking for a little more gain and sustain out of my THD Univalve amp for leads and maybe a little more of a modern rhythm sound. I want a simple pedal with only one control for gain, maybe something like the MXR Micro Amp or HBE Dos Mos pedal. Anyone familiar with these or can suggest anything similar?

I highly recommend the Xotic RC Booster. Great clean boost along with some nice added features.

Bad Bob Boost and ZVex SHO are the best I've used.

For what you're talking about a Tube Screamer would kick ass I bet. According to my wife, a Univalve arrived at the house today so I'll let you know [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

ibanez tubescreamer. my favorite by far. the digitech x-series tone driver would be my second pick. kinda noisy, but the morph feature lets you go from midrangey to wide spread with lotsa lows and highs in a heartbeat. highly recommended!
besides, they're used by guys like downing or loomis, so go figure

I'm a huge fan of the Z Vex Super Hard On. The key to these is to play several with your rig as they are all a bit different.
The MXR Micro Amp is a cool unit as well, but I ditched mine in favor of the SHO.

I also like my Maxon OD808 as far as tubescreamer series pedals goes, but it may not really be what you are looking for.
