I don't need alot of programs..just a few

    Getting it cheap w/cable...

I was thinking of the Beringer myself when they first came out..a friend picked one up immediately but it broke immediately..right after he was advising me in to buy one

    ummm..no thanks.

good units, has two expression pedals-works a treat with my sgx2000 but is fucking fiddly with other units

my unit is about 15 years old too and has been dropped many a time, including a set of big stairs-still works a treat and lights up like a christmas tree

they have a goofy purple paint job, which should go nicely with the purple 2120...

I have had ART X-15 for 15 years, give or take 1 or 2. It's still kicking and has been one of my most used pieces of gear.

new question: are the cables for different midi pedalboards different, or is there a standard? i dont want to buy something and then have it not work with the 2120.

My GCX Ground Control did over 1000 shows before I had to replace it. I got another mint one for $125 0ff the Bay. I like the fact that it has a lighted LCD where you can name your patches. Here is a picture of my old one.

This may be an odd approach, but I'm using a Digitech RP10 effects processor simply as a MIDI switcher for my JMP-1. You can name the patches on the LCD screen also. Actually, you could use about any cheap floor effects processor that has MIDI out for simple patch changes.

+1 on the DMC Ground Control. Many say that it has been a staple for the touring rackhead for ages.
