Soldano is located in Seattle. Maybe I should see if I can clean the floors and make their cleaners, beer, and coffee runs, they might give me a discount?

I have had both the 5150 and SLO100, there is no comparison, the 5150 is descent amp, but it does not come close to the SLO100.

See and i guess it all depends on taste, i have owned both and still own the 5150, now either i had a really bad slo or they are just not my thing. I love the 5150, however the SLO blows it away in construction quality.

I agree.......Its all about taste, when I did the side by side thing, the SLO I have was stock.....same effects rig on both amps, 5150 had the Matching Cab with the sheffields, SLO I had a marshall cab with V30's...........let both amps on standby for good 20 minutes did the comparison around 4-6......However close
I found the SLO better sounding and I found the Clean channel way cleanier and punchier on the SLO then the 5150, If I would swap cabs....the 5150 did not sound good with my Marshall cab, actually to be honest I was never able to get a killer sound from the 5150 with another cab other then using the original 5150 cab with the sheffield's.
