i think it's more of a cab voicing thing than a stereo thing.

I use two g-flex cabs with mine. Those are what I settled on after trying quite a few different cabs. I think the vetta sounds better with a closed back cab, IMHO.

When I had my Vetta II HD, I used it through a G-flex 2x12. I agree that it sounded fantastic.

May I ask a dumb question? Are you all talking about the HD147 Head or the Vetta II Head?

I have another dumb question...I picked up a Vetta last week, shoud be here next week. The only cab I own is a Marshall Salt/Pepper with greenbacks. But Mono. What happens when you run the whole "2 amps at the same time" thing in a Mono cabinet? Just a big noisy mess?

You can run two amp MODELS at the same time through one cabinet, and get good sounds. But some of the features of the Vetta (like Double Tracker, how the amp models are panned, etc.) are only possible with two cabs.

I've got the Line 6 Tone Port for playing through my computer, and Spinal Puppet so far is my favorite, too.

The Cybertwin is an amazing amp for Fender tones. It pretty much nails everything Fender has ever made. If you wanted alot of different Fender sounds, the Cybertwin is a great choice. The problem I had with it is I don't like my JCM800 and my Rectifier sounding like a Fender.
