'nother fun thing to try for those of you with cabs with casters; take off the casters! (even easier, or turn the cab on it's side). much fuller sound, more bottom end (to my ears)

      Wiilie,
I always have played in stereo with a marshall with green or black backs coupled with q mesa boogie with vintage 30's.
I love my sound. Cameron Marshall heads don't suck either.
Not helping the situation since 1965!

I have a Mesa traditional straight cab and a Marshall 1960a that I run my DR with. I like the Mesa cab better, not that the Marshall sounds bad it just isn't my thing. It does sound smoother but it also sounds fuzzy and less articulate and not as huge. It lacks that bite that the Mesa has. However when I run them together it sounds amazing...it's the perfect combo. One of these days I'm going to get 2 gt75's and run an X pattern in my Mesa cab.

As the pic shows, I've got an A cab, and a B cab. I got the A cab first, as I wanted a REAL 4x12, not some piece of junk wanna be 4x12, and this was the only one available, and I don't wait...ever.

Then I bought the second one, a few years later. Again, as the picture shows, my opinion is obvious. As a matter of fact, I'm going to go downstairs and convince myself as to why I feel this way.
