    Even though they are a pedal and don't really match to a loops level or impedance, I think most people are running them in the loop.

    Tellin you bro, dig up a cheap Furman PQ-3 or a Rane (the TC's are my fav, but hard to find and arent usually cheap). you'll be impressed at what they can do.

        They have their uses. You can pretty much get the "Black Album" sound with them with an amp that has heavy distortion.

        I sold mine pretty quick tho after I wrung it out a couple months... It was a bit too processed sounding for me.

          Yeah, I bought Joel's old one, used it for a bit then realized it was overkill for my needs since I mostly play at home.

            well using a eq pedal in front of the amp only changes the tone of your guitar going into the amp, using it in the loop actually changes the tone of the amp.
