POD XT Live patches

I have a quick question... I can not friggin remember how to download patches from the internet to my XT. Can some give me a quick walkthrough on how to download patches from the internet to my XT Live via usb? I know I need to download the proper software, find the patches, hook up and to nuts. I am loooking for some nice warm lead patches similar to what you hear on the first song off Opeth's Damnation album, as well as some good sites for downloading tones.

I am having a severe mental lapse, and I sure this question gets asked a lot. I will apologize ahead of time.
