I'm mounting 2-12inch speakers.
Does it matter if the speakers are dropped in or face mounted?

not really, a far as i can tell. mine are all face mounted. but rear mounted in the 4x12's i've had...GEAR:
some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!
some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!
and finally....
i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!! -

The cork-sniffers will tell you there's a big difference. supposedly it does affect the tone a bit, but neither way it 'wrong'.Comment
