Speaker Question

I'm looking to get a G12h30 (30 watt) and pair that with a vintage 30 (60 watts) replacing the speakers currently in my Marshall 2x12 cab. What I'm not sure of is what effect if any, will paring these two different wattage speakers have on each other. If I have my amp on a 5, will the 60 watt over power the 30 watt? How does using different wattages speakers work in situations like this?
