There's a homemade 2x12 cabinet near me for cheap with a pair of "Marshall V12 Vintage by Celestion" labeled speakers, standard sized magnets and fairly small dust covers. These could be a re-labled good Celestion, or cheap-o ones, anybody have any idea? good? bad?

How old is the cab? Like 70s or 80s? Then it's a Celestion. Newer? You are taking your chances.
My 1979 Marshall "Town and Country" combo had red Marshall Speakers (probably G12-65's). -

Its got to be at least 10 years old, they are labeled as built by Celestion. I could probably get the cab for $40, -I'd pull the speakers and other hardware and drop the wood in the garbage. If they're even decent Celestions, $20 ea is tough to pass up. These had dark labels, maybe black (I had to peek in w/ a flashlight and now I'm having trouble remembering).Comment
