i wonder how much of a difference there REALLY is. i intentionally picked the cheapest ibanez version, and apparently the maxon od808 is pretty much the best tube screamer one can buy. so, if anyone has tried both, i'd really like to know if there's enough of a difference to justify the immense price difference.
ah yeah, and i'd also really appreciate it if anyone could point out the difference between the maxon od808 and od820. all i know about the 820 is that andy sneap seems to prefer it over the 808, but don't ask me why [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
