...and here's a gut shot.

Still need to tweak, the TMB channel is a little bassy, the clean channel is a little dirty. It may take longer to do this than to build the amp, but this is the part I like. Amp has about Led Zep/ZZ Top levels of gain on the TMB channel, and it takes to pedals VERY well. Just want to make the most of it.

Zeeg, you're gonna love it! Sound clips in a day or two.

Thanks guys! It needs some small tweakage, but it does the old Marshall thing at a decent volume to a T. Put one of my tube screamer clones into it and the thing breathes fire and pisses gasoline [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I'll try Bill! There's a guy on Harmony Central that bought one of the handwired plexi marshalls, and he is nailing the VH tone. I think those amps list for over 3k though...

Kits are $415 plus shipping. I assemble them from time to time for people. They are great kits, but if you haven't built an amp before or have just a little experience it could be very frustrating.

Yeah, Ted bumped prices about a week after I ordered yours! $15 across the board on all kits.
