What is a good price for an ADA-MP1 & ADA Microtube 200 poweramp?

Hello, I am new to the whole rackmount effects issue. I basically run individual pedals through my tube head/speaker cab. I recently got a chance to purchase a MP1 and the poweramp, what would be a good price? I don't want to get screwed on the deal. Both units are in good working order and cosmetically look fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
