How is the Boss SD-1? I may buy one this week.

stock they are ok as a boost. mine has the keeley mods (but I did em) - makes the pedal 100% better. More clarity, less noise, less harshness.

Nope. It's a great pedal. I had trouble with my chorus at the gig, so I set the harmonizer for a really fat chorus sound... I may be getting another harmonizer for harmonies and use the other one for the chorus alone!
