I'm looking for a recording interface that also has a 1x1 (or more) MIDI interface. I've checked out the M-Audio line and am leaning towards the Audiophile USB but would prefer a rack unit. Anyone have any thoughts?

If you want cheap, good quality and easy to use go with the Tascam US 122. I have had much better luck with Tascam drivers than M-audio.
I have use most of tascam's line and I'm impressed by it.
I also have the UX2 by Line6, it is a great little unit also but I can't remember if it had midi. It has a great feature set that makes it very flexiable.
