Anyone have an experience with mesa stilettos?

I'm really intrigued by the concept, and kinda want to pick one up. Do we have any stiletto owners on the board that can give me some insight?

GC blew out the old version of the Stilettos in Feb. they were selling for 849 and 899.

Correct. My dude at GC has me on the calling list when they get in. I want to play one. It maybe the Mesa I'm looking for, maybe not. We shall see.

I believe the new Stiletto model is the ACE. I don't anyone who has any of these in yet. It sounds intriguing.

The Ace is a new 50w model, but they have also revoiced the 100w and 150w versions.

Got the new catalog today The deuce and trident are the new models.

i have a duece version 1. love it. not the highest gain amp in the world but kicks ass none the less.

I've got a deuce v1 and it's GREAT. The high-end is a bit brittle but I threw some JJ34L's in the power section and boost it w/ a bad monkey and it really does the 80's metal thing in spades.

I've played one at low volumes at the guitar shop and loved it. It's not quite like a rectifier, I found it more marshally/5150. I really like what I got out of it.
