Scored a 2X12 loaded ,with the hellatone V30s in it from a guy on craigslist that lives right up the street from where I work. Brand new condition for only $250.00!!!
the 5150 sounds great thru it ,but the B-52 sounds like a different amp. Much warmer than the stock speakers in the B-52 combo, it sounds loads better.
I will try to record something this weekend so you can check it out.
I don't know why some people don't like the 5150 thru V30's, I think it sounds killer.
I like the Sheffields but they mike up horribly, every one tells me you can throw a mike in front of a V30 and "no Problem" it will sound good.
we shall see.
DSS3's 5150 clips sure sound good to me.
