the mts is the amp to get! I have a rm100c with the xtc and recto modules. (still one slot left) Talk about bang for the buck. this is not a modeling amp. if you want a dual rec then go buy a mesa. but when you want to change you're sound what are you gonna do? sell it? thats the beauty of this amp. just change out the module. you can find them inexpensive on ebay and such. go to grailtone.com to the mts forum to see what others think as well. also you dont have to go to the amp tech anymore to change the tubes. you can do it yourself with a multimeter and new tubes. awesome amp. you can also pull out two tubes (inner or outer) and run at half power. but this amp is a beast. it will absolutely rip you're head off at 50% power. I run a hybrid (2 6l6's and 2 e34l's) setup for slamming lows and crisp mids and highs. I like the combo for portability and it easily hangs with my band at gig levels. 2 celestion g12t-75's. get this amp!

I spent an afternoon with one yesterday, the 50 watt combo. Very cool amp. My friend brought one over for a spin. He had the Recto and the Blackface modules..the Recto had the capacitor mod.

I really liked it, a very cool amp. Neat idea and great tone.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

Thor, they have an RM100 at Capitol Guitars in St. Paul. I stopped in briefly just to see what they had in stock. Didn't play it, but the number of modules is absurd.
