Anyone have a Carvin T100 manual?

I'm trying to hunt down manuals (printed, scans or PDFs) of all my gear, and the only one I can't find so far is for the old Carvin T100 (not TS100) tube power amp. Carvin's reply to my email was that they only have what's on their website.

Can anyone scan or photocopy one for me?
