marshall mg 10 watt

just wanna recommend this amp...
i have a line 6 spider 2 112 and this small 10 watt marshall..
WOW.. the sound of the 10w can actually compete with the sound of the spider..

spider 2 112 is a great amp with lots of power, but for room practice, the marshall sounds amazing! everytime i play it im just blown off by the clean sound

i know lots of ppl say the MG series are shit.. but this amp sounds good
im surprised that it has a closed back and it actually makes a difference.. the tone is much more "heavier" and thicker than the spider

the only bad thing is no EQ just a tone knob

i played an mg 30 watt and i don tknow why but i wasnt impresed, sounded worse :S

anyway thats all.. just had to share it:P

My nephew has one. I guess it is okay as a practice amp, but I think the Line 6 stuff in the same price range KILLS it, as do the Vox Valetronix amps.

Oh yeah... I should add that the other guitarist in my band uses an MG 100 head with a Digitech pedal in front through some no name 4x12 for his sound. It is so bad, it makes me cringe...
