Is MK IV Medium head way too much heavier then Short ones?

Someone sent me an e-mail that he wants to sell MK IV medium head for $1100 including shipping. I felt little akward about it but if it is real, I think it is a good deal. I want to know if medium head is way heavier then short ones.

The short head is either 38 or 39 pounds and the medium head is either 42 or 43 pounds (don't remember). So... very little difference. That's a very fair price. I bought my medium head used for $1,150 shipped and sold it for $1,100 to a friend (no shipping involved).
