did you get a chance to really crank it?
How'd it cut thru in the mix?
I've had my B-52 AT-100 for year and 1/2 now and I've had zero problems with it.
I think B-52 really shot themsleves in the foot by not
being more diligent with QC when they first released these.
They've got a good design that sounds real good and is pretty versatile too.
they should upgrade the components on these and give some of the big
boys a real run for their money.
With the tung Sols and JJ's that I have in mine and the MXR EQ in the loop, I'm always smiling when I
crank mine up, it handles the low end of my 7's really nice too, getting
that "DT My Glass Prison" tone out of mine is a piece of cake.
If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?

Yeah, we brought our own PA, and just used it for vocals and kick drum. The guitars and bass were unmic'd, and we were pretty damn loud. The B52 cuts through very well. We do a couple of Tool covers in our 3rd set, and I had people telling me after the show that it was like listening to a Tool CD. That's a compliment to me because Adam Jones' tone is just downright awesome IMHO.

I have the show on video, but the sound came out all distorted due to my shitty video cam. I'd love to be able to post a vid for you to hear. Maybe next time.
