Here's the deal. I am a long time Line 6 user. I have two Axsys 212s, one stays at church and the other stays at home and is in a road case for gigs. I am getting into a new band but they have a small practice space in the bass player's apartment so volume is a concern. I've never owned a practice amp so I don't know where to begin.
I did try a cube 15 but my active electronics (EMGs in my Strat and my ESP MII) clipped the input on every setting. My PC1 hasn't arrived yet but I'm sure it would probably clip the amp as well. So I need something else.
I saw that Line 6 has the Spider IIs for real cheap and I was looking at the Spider II 30 or the Spider II 112. Since I use the Axsys, I don't own any effects pedals so I need an all in one amp.
If anybody has any suggestions I'm listening. Help!!
