I'm looking for a Parametric EQ to add to my rig to give me the ability to really put the finishing touch on the tone I get out of my Ampeg VH140C. I know jgcable had the Rane PE 15 and had nothing but good things to say about it and those go for very reasonable prices. Just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for me to look into as well? Anyone who can compare a couple would be greatly appreciated as well! Thanks guys!

I have had good results with the ART Tube EQ and Tube Channel. For a while, they could be found for really cheap, but rack gear seems to be regaining some popularity and the prices are starting to reflect that.Comment

TC Electronics 1140 is my choice.
The Furman PQ-3 is cool. Noisy, but DOES have an interesting character just being plugged in the series.Comment
