I would go with the randall G3 series. cheap and sound great. They do have a a tube MOSFET power section but the pre amp is solid state. You can find the RG and RH series on ebay brand new for cheap they are full solid state.
The Tech 21 is also a great amp.Comment

Tech 21 stuff is great...I've used a bit of it (several SansAmps, TriOD, and a Trademark 60) with great results.Comment

Yeah, I've also got a Tri-AC. Great pedal! The TM300 is supposed to be similar (a little more gain from what I heard) with an effects loop.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.Comment
