  • Brunetti XL R-EVO heads?

I checked out the website, somewhat spartan info. Anyone have experience with these heads or this brand at all?

I tried the first version of the EVO a few years back... it had a really smooth and compressed tone, heaps of gain. It had kind of a "modern virtuoso" feel to it, if that makes any sense. Not my cup of tea, since I´m more of a classic rock kind of guy... but I´m sure that the more modern shredders would appreciate it.

      Thanks,
Sounds interesting, compressed and heaps of gain makes me think it could chugga lugga pretty good?

It wasn´t super aggressive... the operative word here is smooth gain, since that was where it felt most at home, and it wasn´t as tight as some modern high-gainers are. But I´m sure it could chug pretty good, given the amount of gain and the pretty effective tone shaping, even though there are other makes I would prefer if I did that type of playing.
