  • Fender Tweed Blues Deville or Traynor YCV40??

Have to decide between these two amps, traynor is 1x12 40 watt and the fender is 2x12 60 watt.

From the amp i want a good clean and a nice rock sound, but also some blues sounds out of it.

I like the idea of the fender, but i think the traynor may have a bit more gain on tap, which could be handy, and it has a boost.

Please let me know any experience you have had with each and which you think would give me a better rock/blues tone and a good clean.

    Cheers

    Anyone have any clue?

I'm thinking the fender might be the go due to me running a Vox Tonelab SE straight into the power amp, i can get good higher gain stuff from that, and sometimes i just want to play the blues, so the fender might be perfect for that, but it doesnt have a boost, so im not sure, maybe the traynor is the way to go??

    Help please

Traynor builds nice stuff. And if my 1970's YF-12 cab is any indication, they build 'em to last too. Fenders are ncie as well. Try them both.
