Ive been reading some threads about attenuators. Seems like the goal with a tube amp is to over drive the tubes. Or at least i think thats what you want to do to get the best sound out of them. So with my Peavey Classic 50 would it be worth buying a Attenuator. Like the Low Power Load Dump 50watt from Weber? I think thats the right one for my amp anyways. What can I expect to achieve by doing this. I tried to crank my amp today and see what the effect in sound/tone would be. I gave up from bleading ears before I could hear a differnce. But for now my practice room is kinda small. thanks for the help
