Hartke Kickback VS A100 ?

I'm asking this for my buddy who plays bass in my band.

He just bought a Hartke A100 combo. He had the choice to buy either the Kickback 15 or this one.

Thing is, he's still confused as for why the Kickback costs more!

I mean, the A100 has, 15'' aluminum cone, graphic EQ, effects loop, kickback position, 100 watts.

The Kickback 15's only difference with the A100 is that it has 20 watts more, lacks a graphic EQ and lacks an effects loop.

So, basically... why does it cost more if it looks like the cheaper version of the A100 ?

Could be the construction of the cabinet, durability of the speaker.

Other than that, I'm not sure. The band I play with has a Kickback that I sometimes use for smaller gigs and it's not too bad. I'm afraid I don't know anything about the A100.
