    New Amp...wohoo!

    Today I bought a new amp...
    A Line 6 Spider II 210 120Watts...
    It sounds great and I really like the power of it.. ;D...

    GEAR:

    some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

    some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

    and finally....

    i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

      Great for you...but I don't like the sound of 210...don't they make it with 2x12 speakers too?

          Nothing wrong with a 210:


          Congratulations on the new amp! It should have many cool effects for you to play around with! Delay, chorus, flanger.. That ought to keep you occupied for a while

            They made a Spider II 212, I had one for a while. Traded it towards a Laney VC50.

              I actually just use... Distortion...and some reverb... ;D
              But, the efects kinda rock ;D

                  Yes they do make a 2x12, but the 2x10 has alittle more bottom-end and is tighter than the "airy"(?) 12 in. IMHO

                      Congrats and the Spider lll 2x10 Iv'e had mine for a month now and love it! (you just can't beat it for the price) I,m like you and use very little effects, just a bit of Delay for some slapback, and you gotta love just hitting a button to find all those great tunes they put in there for ya....

                        When you find one of the songs you like, just adjust the bass and mid knobs and you'll have no problems. Also keep it OFF the floor! Mines on an Amp stand facing me.............
