for an LEL distortion pedal. Made in Russia. seems like the company existed in the 1980s through today.

Anyone use one? Just curious if they are like some of the old Russian stuff
I've bought that is well made, idiot proof, heavy, and usable. Or if it was a crappy cheaply made attempt at a capitalist endeavor.
