Effect chains...WTF

OK, I'm playing around with the idea that my Dual Rectifier might sound better if I swamp it with sound. Here's how I've set it up so far, in this order;

Front end...

Guitar
Ibanez Tube Screamer
Boss NS2
Amp

Round the back... through the loop...

Digitech Digidelay
Boss RV5 Reverb

That's what's in there so far, in that order.

Left over (i.e. not used yet) is a Boss CE3 Chorus, Marshall ED1 Compressor and a Morley powered volume pedal.

The head is a 3 channel Dual Rectifier Solo head, running through a Mesa standard cab.

Is this how you guys would set up? In this order? I've never used pedals before except for my trusty TS9, so any advice would be much appreciated.

I would run the compressor immediately after the guitar, although some people might suggest it after the Tube Screamer. I would also put the Digidelay after the RV5, as you are more like to want to delay the tone with reverb already on than add reverb to a delayed signal...if ever using both at once.

Agreed, I also perfer the Delay at the end.
