  • Yes, the quest has ended...for now...with Art's SGX 2000 Express.

Wow, this is one great piece of gear, its truly the "all in one" unit.
Picked one up from ebay, and I must say, even with it being discontinued it does everything except doesn't make coffee. Art was way ahead of themselves with this particular piece, just incredible, to say I love it would be an understatement.
I just kept hearing good things about it and decided to take the plunge
and I'm very glad I did. Sweet indeed!

    During the quest, I gathered:
2 Ada MP1's...one I will keep and one I'll let go of.
1 Ada pitchtraq...this will be going as well since the Art piece does this nicely.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

"Anyone who tries to fling crap my way better have a really good crap flinger."

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Yes, there's a bee in the pudding.

Does the SGX have the "Xtreme" distortion mode? That alone makes it worth the purchase price IMO.

Out of all the processors I have ever owned.. I think the Art SGX2000 Extreme that I owned was easily the best sounding one. It had so many features. I agree.. it was WAY ahead of its time.
Its not a great live unit but it records fantastic.
