Awhile back, I traded one of these, 500$, and a DX10D for a 1983 Mark 2C 1x12 combo, with simul class, and eq.
I've played the mark 2c like 3times since. It's awesome for what it is, and it is not for me. So I put it back in its road case, and went back to playing my triple recto.
I recently started jamming with a band again, and I ran into a few problems,
My 01 Accord EX will not fit a Marshall JCM900 4x12 in the trunk...it has the space, but lke, it can't get into the space. So I had to strap the trunk down. Then I carried it into the practice space...man did that freakin suck.
So I figured I'd get another spider2 1x12 for practice. Well, I guess, when I wasn't looking Line 6 made a spider 3. Thus making the spider 2, no where to be found.
I found one at a store, paid 240$ for a USED one, when I paid 200$ for a NEW one a year ago.
Well, this amp is alot of fun, and even at 240, it's still a sweet amp.
