that screamo music gets on my nerves most of the time. some of them can shred, some, but those singers just suck, i wouldn't even consider them singers. you want a singer, look at hetfield, hagar, roth, halford, bruce. those guys are the real deal!!!! shadows fall kick ass, as do KsE

Dragonforce don't use Kranks. At least they didn't when I saw them IIRC they were playing newer Laney tube heads

Mike Amott has already left Krank and gotten a deal with Randall.

Link to your demo? The Krankenstein I played thorugh in person sounded like a homeless man farting through a megaphone. I'd like to hear a good one.

The Kranks were just thrown at artist...Sure they have been a part of great sounding recordings...Most of the have had a lot of outboard help...I like the sounds of most of the artist who have used them in the studio...I know Nevermore didn't just use them alone and had a TS in there.

I have heard many reports that Nevermore and a few others....(Arch Enemy apparently...lol) Didn't really like their live performance.

I have heard a lot of people say the live sound of many of these bands was horrid...Over and over again.

I have given them a try...Hated the Krankenstien after over an hour and a half dozen guitars...Figured I would give the Rev a shot because I did hear one live and it was awesome...The Rev sucks just a bit less and I am sure that the one I heard was being pushed by an OD stomp...Must have. He did have a string of Boss stuff...I just didn't think to check...

                    And the price!

I think more and more of these bands will start dropping them...Krank says they don't give em away...I know a couple people who they did just that with...maybe they charged a small amount just to be able to say that but...it was very sweet...too sweet to pass.

It's funny that all the old Metallica fans jumped off the bandwagon after Jaymz learnt to sing-aaah!

well i'm not an old metallica fan, i'm 16,it is impossible for me to be an old metallica fan. i appreciate all of their musical creativity, and let it be know i actually like some of the load albums songs. i started liking rock through godsmack and grew from there, hell sully can sing really good too! call me a fan boy if you will, i have the explorer to prove that i am.
