I was thinking about getting a Talk Box and was wondering if they are hard to play? Like do you half to be as good as Petter framton or what I don't even know on how they really work and if I get a cheeper one will they work as good as the better one's.

Go with the Rocktron Banshee!
Stay away from the Danelectro Free Speech i think it's called, my friend had one and it sounded good at home when he tried it out, but at any type of higher volume, it's a feedback machine.

I love the Banshee because you can run it like a normal stomp box, unlike the Heil which you need to separate the chain between your head and cab, or some people bring a separate amp just to run the talkbox.

The banshee has a small watt amp built in ( i think 30) so it also doubles as a home pratcice amp. It also has tone and gain controls as well as an output.

As far has how difficult it is, if you can play the guitar and make move you mouth at the same time, you can use this.
