I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on that, as its very much in what I've read/conjured up myself. 4558's lend themselves to guitar oriented performance and I couldnt imagine the difference between manufacturer being greater then between each individual sample. Also keen to see what other chips do this job cleaner and less notchier for those of us with a modern, flatter tube breakup.
