GNX1 and Guitar One settings

I like this GNX1. Part of the reason I got it was because Guitar One offers GNX settings and tab for a few songs a issue. I am having problems putting the settings in. I know the settings are for a GNX4 but I thought maybe they would work on mine. I can nail the setup with the exception of the EQ settings. With the tab, the settings dont seem to match up with the options I have. Any ideas what im doing wrong? The only other option is to buy those dame expensive midi cables and send the settings through my computer. But why do that if I can figure it out. Thanks for your time.

I believe the settings are only for GNX4 users.

Thanks. Thats what I thought when the settings were not matching with my options. Ill just wing it on the EQ until I break down and buy the midi cable needed.
