Im going to try and contact VHT today..to be sure...but heres what
i have connected to my 2/90/2 Stereo VHT rack mnt amp...
'A' Channel drives my 4/12 cab with Celestion 75w in it
And.... one G12H Genz benz cabinet into the remaining "A" speaker out.
A" channel set to 8 ohms.. 4/12 is 7.3 on a digital meter... single Genz
Benz is 7.6 ohms. That makes 5) 12" speakers for those that have even
read this far!
B' Channel "Left" stereo field has my (2) Crate 212S 2/12 cabs with
Celestion 70/80's in them. Both read about 6.2 Ohms from each. "B" channel
set to 8 ohms on the back of the VHT
One of these goes into the "USE FIRST" B speaker out..and the other
into the unmarked output.
So i have 5 12" celestions in A channel... 7.3 to 7.6 ohms..
and 4 Crate 12" Celestions measuring 6.2 ohms...and 6.4 ohms..
Am i ok? Sounds great! But i dont want to cause an imbalance on
the VHT? Opinions? THANKS! (the last time , i swear):ROTF:
