  • Talked with Marcus at VHT today...wow.

Real Customer service, and friendly! Anyway, he explained everything
i ever thought i would even want to know about Impedance and speakers.
So...i now know how to hook up my new VHT FatBottom 4/12 Cab!
Booeey! Man, i didnt know what i was missing. Extreme tightness,
and clarity, with definition and separation no matter how much bass
you send it! Tight, tight Tight! Love it. All of the sudden my Kustom
4/12 cab from about 89' with Celestions in sounds like a turd.
Surprisingly using the Fat bottom VHT on the left A' channel with
both 2/12 Crate cabs on the Left "B" channel it sounds heavenly.
The crates being open backed, add the higher end and good cleans,
while the VHT handles the Brutal stuff, with such singing high fidelity,
im floored! Certainly i will upgrade to maybe another VHT 4/12 or at
least a 2/12 VHT fat bottom cab soon. You guys were right... Buy the
best high quality stuff, and you never regret it. The Crates are definately
temporary. I have the 2 8 ohm crate cabs set to 4 ohms on the B'
channel of the VHT 2/90/2 amp, and the VHT fat bottom 4/12 set in mono
(its a stereo split option also) and its set at 16 ohms. settings are right
with the amp, and it just screams now! I was adding Mud at the end of
    my chain!
