I just got a booby prize deal on a Budda Superdribe 30 II..anybody play this thing? I was trying to decide if it's worth keeping for $1K..band new. Any opinions......

I've never really been big EL84's, but I've never realy had much time with an EL84 amp. I'll have to take it for a spin. Everything I've every played from Budda has been pretty strong....

The KT66 Superdrive 45 is killer. I'd expect the 30 will be along the same lines but a little less bottom end if it's like any other EL84 amp.

I had an 18, nice amp. Not quite enough gain in the lead channel for me though, and the clean volume was really hard to get right with the leads. They had a factory mod, but I didn't want to wait for it...
