    look dude. when you call them and the person you talk too doesn't give you what you want... talk to someone else.

    when i needed a magnet from seymour duncan, i talked to a couple different people before i got to someone willing to slip a ceramic magnet in an envelope and mail it to me.

      It's the same part used in your Line 6... and it's a bit more than .75 cents.
