I'm getting ready to build another rack. My existing rack has a Furman PL-Plus D series in it.
Does anyone know if there is a real advantage to getting the twice as expensive Furman Power Factor Pro R conditioner? I don't play out that much, just on occasion. In my home studio my Series D reads out between 124 and 125 volts. I think my power lines have been boosted. The meter used to read 120-121 volts. I don't know how accurate these things are?
I think HippieTim has a Power Factor Pro R. Are there any advantages of using this model or any other manufacturer's that you could recommend?
