Hey I've built a a Home Brew type amp Hi Octane from www.silvatone.bravepages.com/ and cannot figure out the Speaker Impedance switch. It allows you to select between 4,8,and 16 ohm Speakers ratings. The amp is a simple Hi Gain Single Ended 5 watt amp with a EL84 and 2-12AX7s. Here is a pick of the switch wired.(the Switch is in the upper right hand corner.) The Schematic in the "Wiring Diagram" Section of the Silvatone Hi Octane page is pretty tough to figure out. Any Help would be appreciated. Twister Amps I know your the resident amp building expert here. Could you help me out with this please? Or anyone else? Thanks.

One easy way to tell what a toggle style switch is doing is that the wire opposite how the switch is oriented is active... in other words, if your switch is down, then the top lug(s) are joined with the middle. Switch up, then it's the bottom lug(s) with the middle.
Another way you can tell is to use a multimeter with the switch lugs - see which make a connection when you turn the switch different ways. I've had to use this method before to figure out guitar 5-ways and 6-7 position rotary switches.

Did you source your parts from the guy with the diagram? Because if you need three different positions, a DPDT switch ain't gonna do it. You're going to need a rotary 3 way switch to hook up 3 different ohm taps to the speaker out. With a DPDT (which is what it looks like you have) then you can only use two of the ohm taps.
Your amp looks nice from the pic!
