I ordered a GSP1101 today, and the unit should be shipping the week of 08/05. I've gone back and forth over serveral units (including the AxeFX), and after talking to some folks who work in the manufacturer end of the business, the 1101 seems like it will do what I want.
I've set up a forum at http://www.setbb.com/gsp1101 for folks to swap patches and share information on the unit. Since most of us here hit several different music related forums, I'd appreciate you pointing people my way if you seem the posting some information about the GSP1101.
